The Rita Suites is at 344 E Desert Inn Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 — just one block off the Las Vegas Strip, in one of the most connected locations you can ask for in the city. The Las Vegas Convention Center and Wynn/Encore are both less than a mile away.

WHAT TYPES OF SUITES DOES THE RITA OFFER?
The Rita offers Junior One Bedroom, One Bedroom (approximately 485 sq ft), and Two Bedroom suites. Every suite comes furnished, with separate living and sleeping areas, full or efficiency kitchens, king-size beds, strong showers, and TVs throughout. DO I NEED A LEASE TO STAY AT THE RITA SUITES?
No lease required. The Rita is built for weekly and extended-stay living — flexible terms, no long-term commitment. Whether you need a furnished suite for a few weeks or want to settle in for a while, there’s no lease to sign. Contact the leasing office to find out what’s available.

HOW MUCH ARE THE WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RATES AT THE RITA SUITES?

WHAT AMENITIES ARE AT THE RITA SUITES?
The Rita Suites has a pool and spa, a business center, laundry facilities, WiFi, free parking, and on-site maintenance. It’s professionally managed and the community is well-maintained. Given the location, you’re also steps from a massive amount of amenities outside the property — restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and transit, all right there.

IS THE RITA SUITES PET-FRIENDLY?

HOW CLOSE IS THE RITA SUITES TO THE LAS VEGAS STRIP AND CONVENTION CENTER?
The Strip is about 1 mile away, and the Las Vegas Convention Center is also about 1 mile out. Wynn and Encore are actually even closer. That puts The Rita in one of the most central extended-stay positions in all of Las Vegas — you can reach a lot on foot or in a very short drive.

WHAT RESTAURANTS ARE CLOSE TO THE RITA SUITES?
The options right around Desert Inn and the Strip are impressive. Yard House is about 0.3 miles away. Lawry’s The Prime Rib is also about 0.3 miles out — a Vegas institution. Mercato Della Pescheria is around 0.4 miles away for excellent Italian seafood. Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas is about 0.5 miles out — great beer-hall atmosphere. You’re genuinely spoiled for dining options from this address.

WHAT SHOPPING IS NEARBY?
Fashion Show Mall on the Strip is about 1 mile away — one of the best shopping centers in Las Vegas. Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood is about 1.5 miles out. For groceries, Albertsons on Desert Inn & Pecos is about 1 mile away, and Smith’s Desert Crossing is about 2 miles out.

ARE THERE PARKS NEAR THE RITA SUITES
Desert Inn Park is right next to the property — a convenient green space for a walk or some fresh air. Desert Breeze Park is about 2 miles away with sports fields and playgrounds. UNLV’s campus arboretum is about 3 miles out for a more scenic stroll.

WHAT ENTERTAINMENT AND ATTRACTIONS ARE NEAR THE RITA SUITES?
You’re genuinely in the center of the action here. The Las Vegas Strip with all its casinos, shows, and dining is about 1 mile away. Virgin Hotels Theater is about 0.5 miles out. Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas is a lively entertainment destination less than half a mile away. The Las Vegas Convention Center is under a mile for events, conferences, and trade shows.

WHAT TRANSIT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE NEAR THE RITA SUITES?
The RTC Deuce bus on Las Vegas Blvd is about 0.5 miles away. RTC Route 203 runs directly on Desert Inn Road. I-15 is about 1 mile west and US-95 is about 2 miles out. The combination of proximity to the Strip and these transit options makes getting around without a car very practical from this address.
